In a nutshell, here’s our process from start to finish:

• We gather requirements. We talk with you to find out what you’d like to accomplish with your site. We offer ideas and suggestions to help you get the most out of an online presence. Once we are on the same page and we have discussed given you a firm quote of costs involved....
• We start the project. Our designers come up with an overall ‘look and feel’ for your site. We develop various schemes and looks for your approval. YOU decide when you are pleased with the ‘look’.... Once we have developed a general theme/look for your site, the next step we do is....
• We ‘Flesh out the site’. We take the content you supply and develop all the individual pages. We set up your information gathering forms, we create navigation schemes. Each step of the way, we continue to get feedback from you to ensure that you will be more than satisfied with the end result. Once the site is built.......
• We submit it for your final approval. We’re not happy with the site until YOU ARE HAPPY with the site. Beyond the initial deposit required for work, we don’t accept one cent from our clients until they are satisfied.
